Johnson had impressive local knowledge and process expertise to guide us through our buy. We went from offer to closing in under 28 days! He also shared detailed information about the myriad services that needed to be set up prior to moving in to our new home, including electricity, gas, water, waste management and cable/internet. We completed it all from out of state, arrived, presented the required check deposit in person to the services that required them, and moved into the new home the morning of closing. Johnson has my highest recommendation as your next real estate agent!
