I do not know why you would sell your home or property with anyone else. Josh went above and beyond to sell our home in Lubbock. I really do not think we would of been able to sell it without his professionalism. The only person to use!

This was my first time buying a home in Texas so I was not familiar with some additional documentation that would be needed to close, which in turn would have added to the closing costs. However Josh negotiated with the seller who agreed to cover these costs which in turn saved me around $1700. I was out of state during the home buying process and Josh handled all necessary appointments for inspections, etc, without me having to be there. All in all I had a good experience with Josh.
