Working with Darleen Lannon as our buyer's agent for our new home in Hull was an absolute pleasure. She was always proactive, incredibly responsive, and provided flawless support from our first offer through closing. She is not only an exceptional professional, but also a joy to work with. We wholeheartedly recommend Darleen to anyone buying or selling on the South Shore!

Darleen was a pleasure to work with throughout, despite the complexity of us all 4 sisters) being spread across the world. Nice, knowledgeable, responsive and helpful with recommendations (eg. landscaper, removals). Thank you!

We couldnt have been happier with our experience working with Darleen. She was professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. She really knows the market, gave us excellent advice throughout the process, and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. Most importantly, she got our house sold incredibly quickly! We always felt we were in very capable hands and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.

We recently bought our home in Hingham with Darleen Lannon as our agent, and were convinced no one else could have gotten this deal done for us. As business owners in the insurance industry whove purchased multiple residential and commercial properties, were very selective about who we work with, and Darleen is truly in a class of her own. She kept our deal alive when it otherwise would have fallen apart, and we know we wouldnt have gotten this home without her savvy and her ability to communicate with the sellers broker. From finding the right property to navigating a delicate negotiation and then welcoming us to the neighborhood, Darleen went above and beyond at every step. We recommend her without hesitation.

Estate Being a first time home buyer can be an intimidating process but Darleen was there to help us every step of the way, we couldn't have done it without her! She is knowledgeable and always had our best interest at heart. I definitely recommend working with Darleen!
