William Raveis Real Estate

Linda was great. She made the process of selling our home so easy. Her team is on top of everything. She knew how to price our house which brought us top dollar. She was super responsive, efficient, and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend Linda if you're looking to sell your home.

Linda and her team were wonderful in all aspects. She gave us time when we needed it but pushed us when we had time-sensitive decisions to keep the process moving. Her knowledge of the market was really helpful as we believe she priced our house perfectly to get maximum interest, resulting in a sale price about 20% over asking and well beyond what we were expecting to get. Thanks again, Linda!

There is exceeding expectations and then there is Linda. I've purchased four properties and sold three others and she went so far above and beyond what I experienced in the past with other realtors. She is a true professional and certainly under promised and over delivered! She made us feel like we were her only clients. She gave us great advice throughout the whole process and if you do what she recommends, you'll also have a great experience. She was always responsive and responded to our inquiries in a very timely manner even during non business hours. I can't recommend Linda enough.

Linda Edelwich was amazing throughout my selling process experience. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional and a fantastic guide who skillfully advised us on every step during the sale of our home. Her staging, marketing and back office support team was outstanding which allowed us to proactively focus more on getting our home ready for sale. Linda is second to none in the area and I highly recommend her expertise in today's challenging home market environment.

I highly recommend Linda Edelwich if you are looking to sell your home! We were given a very short timeframe in which we needed to move and needed to put our Glastonbury home of 26 years on the market. Linda was extremely helpful and professional from the moment we contacted her. She helped us find contractors to get the work that we needed done in the house quickly and efficiently and she helped us manage the process of getting the house ready to go on the market after we left town. Linda was keeping us up to date daily with photos of the completed work in the house and was always available to answer all of our questions along the way. She put our minds at ease as we left town, was extremely organized and trustworthy through every step of the process. In the end, the house looked amazing, and she staged our house beautifully for the open house and viewings. We couldn't be happier with the outcome of the sale of our home. The sale happened very fast and we can't thank Linda Edelwich enough for making it happen!!
