Art Rose is an outstanding relator. He has years of experience and is going to give you honest anwers. I first met Art in 2013 when I bought my condo, and had such a positive experience with him that I hired him as my relator for the sale of the same property in 2022. Art is an advocate for his clients. He is a great communicator and was available around the clock during the selling process. His suggestions for improvements of my property were to the point and increased the value beyond what I had anticipated. Art is also very professional and knowledgeable about both the buying and/or selling of a home. During the process of selling my condo he guided me through all of the steps and answered all of questions, as a first time seller. Art truly took the stress out of selling my property! I highly recommend Art as a realtor if you want an honest, hardworking, experienced, and dedicated relator for selling or buying a home.

I first researched Realtors 4 years ago before beginning the process of purchasing my first home in CT. Art Roses performance awards and accolades over recent and past years intrigued me. We met and aEUR~clicked. He was as experienced as I expected - a seasoned, efficient and Professional Full-Time/Full-Service Realtor (which is very hard to find). Hes in high demand but somehow is still able to make you feel like youre his only client. I have purchased 5 properties with Art Rose thus far in 2 different towns: 1 to live in, 1 rental property and 3 to flip, and I dare not work with anybody else. Ive referred Art to my inner circle of friends and loved ones - all have found him to be their go-to Real Estate Professional as well, for both buying and selling. I dont typically write reviews but I gladly will for Art - he is the only Realtor our family will choose to work with from now until he retires (which is hopefully many moons away because we have more real estate to buy and sell yet).
