William Raveis Real Estate

Felipe is a man of his word and works hard at finding the right home that will best fit the needs of his clients. He has consistently sent listings and is diligent in searching for the perfect home. Very pleased with the results and the time spent on his searches.

We had a great experience working with Felipe to sell our home. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and always easy to work with. Felipe did an excellent job guiding us through the entire process, from getting the house ready to list and determining the right strategy to handling showings, offers, and everything that came up along the way. He communicated with us throughout the process and was always available when we had questions or needed advice. What we appreciated most was that we always felt Felipe had our best interests in mind. Selling a home can be stressful, but he made the process much easier and gave us confidence that everything was being handled properly. We were very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend Felipe to anyone looking for a realtor to sell their home.

Felipe was the most responsive and knowledgeable agent we could have hoped for in the Naples area. He was always prompt and professional, and his research and knowledge of the market helped us sell our property promptly at an appropriate price.

Felipe helped us sell our condo in Cape Coral, Fl. And then helped us find a new and larger one we could afford. Felipe is friendly, knowledgeable, and pays attention to details. He did an excellent job for us. I would highly recommend him.

Felipe is a very good realtor, has a good knowledge of the business. Gave us a lot of insight and support. Glad that we meet him. We never felt any kind of pressure to choose a specific property.
