His general home knowledge about things to watch out for was very helpful. He won't beat around the bush if he sees something in a home that's not right or should be noted for consideration. Chris is a wonderful realtor! He is professional, kind, and thoughtful. He had a lot of patience with me when I wasn't sure what type of property I wanted to purchase. He spent a lot of time educating me on what the market had and what would best suit my needs. He never made me feel rushed and always went out of his way to help me see showings, even at the very last minute.
