They put hard work, and impeccable taste, into staging the house, They provided good feedback in the showing phase and played a key role in resolving issues in the final negotiations. My husband and I had a truly excellent experience with Anika and Julie. As a British couple relocating to CT, with a baby on the way and first time buyers, we were totally reliant on their expertise in finding a property at the right price point and in the right location. We spent almost every weekend for around 4 months touring properties with them of all shapes and sizes and it was clear they always had our best interest at heart, and nothing was ever an inconvenience. Most importantly in such a tough market, they always gave us an honest opinion on whether a property would be a good investment and would never have encouraged us into something that wasn?t right for us. Anika was excellent when it eventually came to putting an offer in ? very quick to respond, maintained a great relationship with the sellers and gave us brilliant guidance along the way. They were also wonderful in sharing their local resources such as electricians and painters! We can?t recommend them highly enough if you?re looking to buy in CT!

I would HIGHLY recommend Anika! She went above and beyond to help us find our dream home in this crazy market, all while we were living out of state. She is incredibly accommodating: she took us on FaceTime tours of homes, took my mother-in-law along on showings, and coordinated multiple inspections, to name just a few things. She also is incredibly responsive -- truly was available at all times of the day and night -- I dont know how she does it! Anika knows the market extremely well, and we felt so confident with her. Not to mention, shes super positive and enjoyable to talk to. Even after closing, Anika has been so welcoming to the town and stayed in touch to see how she can help. I cant say enough good things about Anika. You are in amazing hands with her!
