Irit was a pleasure to work with both through the sale of our home in Washington as well as the purchase of our new home in Sherman. Her professional and knowledgeable approach to all aspects of our real estate transactions coupled with her caring personality provided us with the feeling that we were being taken care of by a true friend. Her patience and guidance are unmatched and were absolutely invaluable while we approached the many aEURoeunexpectedaEUR? elements that can often creep up while balancing the sale of one home and the purchase of another. We absolutely have found our lifelong agent and can confidently say she went above and beyond for us continuously. Irits experience and professionalism make her the ideal agent to guide you through every stage of your real estate needs with an unparalleled level of client devotion and attention to detail.

Irit is a gem. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process of buying our home. She is extremely knowledgable, thoughtful and thorough. She is a great communicator and proactive without ever being pushy. We particularly appreciated her professionalism, patience, and candor as she helped us navigate a long negotiation and closing period. We highly recommend Irit and would not hesitate to work with her again.

Irit was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Her knowledge of the local area was top notch, and she was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. She helped us structure an offer that was thoughtful and reflective of her local knowledge and the current market environment. She then expertly guided us through a complicated closing process. She has continued to be a resource for us as new homeowners. We highly recommend Irit to any prospective buyers or sellers in Litchfield County or the Candlewood Lake area.

My husband and I worked with Irit for almost three years, during which time she tirelessly showed us about 50 homes. Two years into our search, we found a home and were set to move forward when Irit uncovered and shared information that enabled us to avoid making a terrible mistake. She is energetic, enthusiastic, supportive and as patient as a saint. We ultimately found our new home and now look back on our experience with tremendous gratitude. In addition to the qualities that make Irit the best realtor we have ever known (and weve known many), Irit is one of the kindest, funniest and most enjoyable people Ive ever met. We adore her and she will be a lifelong friend.

My experience in listing and selling my house with Irit Granger was positive and excellent in every way. From her first look at my house through the closing process Irit was highly professional and effective and, more than that, she made me feel confident that she always had my best interests at heart. I cannot recommend Irit highly enough; she is the BEST.
