William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty

We reached out to Kevin because we wanted to tour a listing we saw. At this point in time, we werent quite ready to buy. Despite this, Kevin set up our showing right away and was willing to meet us whenever it worked for my husband and I. Once we saw the house we knew we found our dream home. Kevin was quick to walk us through each step and answered every question that we had. Kevin is a true professional and so knowledgeable in his field. He checked in with us after each step and each conversation we had with our lawyer and mortgage broker. Thank you so much for helping us find our forever home Kevin! If you or anyone you know is looking to buy a house I highly recommend Kevin.

Corda was great helped me close on my house fast and easy highly recommended will definitely use him in the future. If youre first time home buyer he is great with simplifying the process to close

Kevin was very patient with us. We wanted the perfect home for our needs and Kevin helped us with finding that perfect home. With the pandemic, houses were selling before we could get to see them. There were many discouraging moments but Kevin kept in touch with use ofton.

Kevin was helpful right from the start when I was interested in listing my property for sale. We had an initial meeting to discuss what I thought it was worth and that night he did his research and got back to me with a number that we both felt comfortable with. Pictures of the property were taken the next day and the house was on the market. Every question I had was answered and it didnt matter what time of day it was he always picked up the phone. Kevin treated the sale of my property like it was his own. The usual grueling and stressful process was made simple by Kevin and his team. I would recommend getting in contact with Kevin even if you arent sure you want to sell yet. He will give you his honest advice and be by your side for the long haul. Cant thank you enough for everything that you did for us!

Kevin was a wonderful agent in the search for our home. We looked at several properties and he was always responsive, patient and more than happy to help. It was a pleasure doing business with him!
