We really enjoyed working with Ethan for so many reasons, but particularly his familiarity with the area and other trusted professionals and his responsiveness and patience. We were first time homebuyers who didnt think wed be able to find anything that met our criteria and was also in our price range in an incredibly competitive market. Ethan remained confident we would find something (which we did much sooner than we thought), consistently advocated on our behalf, and was always willing to answer questions and offer clarifications regarding the process and property whenever we asked, which was invaluable as people unfamiliar with the ins and outs of the process!
