After a false start with another agent, I thankfully found Thom. Outside of his general grace and knowledge of the area, what I was most impressed with was how efficient and effective he was.I tend to be hyper organized and was looking to visit 15+ homes in one weekend across the central and southern Berkshires. Thom got us booked into each home I sent as well as added several he thought I would like.Most importantly he took the time to get to know me personally so he'd better be able to understand what made me tick and what house I would ultimately love.Very quickly we found my dream property and the process of making the offer, having it accepted, inspection and closing all went by perfectly seamlessly.I now intend to get all my friends to buy in the Berkshires and become my neighbor...and I expect Thom to be their agent.

Thom came recommended from another realtor in the Boston area, and my husband are so glad for that recommendation! A As first time home buyers looking for a weekend home, we had a myriad of questions and Thom was exceedingly helpful, professional, and above all, responsive.A We visited a number of homes as we narrowed down our search, and Thom was incredibly patient and assisted with the decision-making process. A He has firsthand knowledge of the local Berkshires market, a true advantage given we are not from the area.A As mentioned in another review, during the inspection process some issues arose and Thom was instrumental in getting quotes for repairs and remediations.
