Since we were unable to travel to the area frequently, he gave us video tours of the homes we were considering. He always did this within a day or so, enabling us to see homes right after they went on the market. Once we put in an offer, he was able to quickly set us up with reliable inspectors and contractors so that we could better negotiate based on their findings. Now that purchased a home, he has been very helpful with recommending additional contractors. We are very pleased that Thom was referred to us.

Thom recently represented my husband and I for a purchase. He went way above and beyond his responsibility as a realtor. To start with, he was always completely professional it was clear he wanted us to be really excited about our final choice. We trusted his input and he never put any pressure on us. He even pointed out some potentially negative features of houses we looked at in order to make sure we were making a fully informed decision. When we settled on a house, there were some issues that came up during the inspection. Thom was instrumental in getting quotes for repairs and remediations. He was 100 percent involved with every step of the sale, from the time we had an accepted offer to the day of our closing. Thom made sure to inform himself of the historical details of the house and understood in depth the work that we had done on the house and what remained to be done.
