My fiancA(C) and I recently worked with Maggie on the purchase of our first home. From our very first phone call, we knew we were working with a true professional. Maggie guided us every step of the way and answered our countless questions. She helped us negotiate where needed and was extremely reliable and communicative throughout the entire process. We are confident we made the right choice in working with Maggie and will be recommending her to all our friends & family. (Thank you, Maggie!)

Maggie was absolutely phenomenal to work with. She went above and beyond to help us buy our first house. She even helped schedule inspections. Would absolutely recommend her to everyone and would use her again and again to buy or sell. Her knowledge on the area, her fast response helped out a lot in making sure we got the house.

We had such a wonderful experience working with Maggie while purchasing our first home! She was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and always available to answer our many questions. Were so grateful for everything she did to help us find our perfect home and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Working with Maggie was truly the best decision we could have made. She guided us through both selling our home and buying a new one with a level of care, honesty, and professionalism that immediately put us at ease. Her communication was exceptional aEUR" we always felt informed, supported, and heard. She understood exactly what we were looking for. We trusted her completely, and she delivered at every step. Were incredibly grateful for everything she did for us and cant recommend her highly enough!

I can't recommend Maggie more highly. She has profound knowledge of the market in the Berkshires, and is also just such a pleasure to work with. Maggie went above and beyond to make the home-buying process easy for me. I so appreciate her organization, follow-through, and excellent advice during the whole process. She also has many local connections to various contractors and inspectors that are helpful and she reached out to people she knows to quickly get estimates and quotes, which really smoothed the process for me. I truly trust her advice and she has the highest professionalism and care for her clients.
