I had two outstanding experiences with Cathy McCahill. Cathy sold my father's home after he passed away in 2015. She came in and hit the ground running. She gave me some great suggestions on how to get the most out of sale of the house. Her suggestions undoubtedly paid off as we had several offers on the house within hours of it hitting the market. We accepted an offer a day or two after the house hit the market. A year later, Cathy helped my wife and I sell our house and buy our dream home. Again, we had offers hours after the house hit the market and this was a challenging house to sell. In both cases, the offers we accepted exceeded my expectations.It doesn't take long working with Cathy to see that she is tireless and relentless when it comes to helping you meet your goals. She covers all bases and that makes it very easy to develop a working trust with her. She has an impressive knowledge of house construction that far exceeds any other agent I have spoken with.
