Cathy is a true professional. She is honest and works all hours of the day to get things done. When we were getting the house ready to sell she had us pack many of our things before it went on the market, and boy did it make a difference in how the house was able to be presented. She then brought in a professional stager and photographer that made our house look amazing. We got 6 offers after only 2 days on the market and ended up getting well over our asking price. Through the whole process Cathy was always good about communicating and consistently returned my call or text within hours. She was encouraging when I started to get overwhelmed and her attention to detail was reassuring, as I knew nothing would get missed.
