William J. Cole Real Estate

Even though Deborah was not representing us ( the purchasers) , she helped us in every possible way she could answering all questions and getting any other information we needed about the home , right ...

We contacted Deborah on a referral, and she did not disappoint. On our first meeting, she seemed knowledgeable about real estate and brought supporting docs about our sale for us to review. She was professional in her communication with us and all parties involved. She worked with us to present our home in the best possible way. We sold fast and it was a great experience! Thanks Debbie!!!

Working with Debbie was an extremely positive experience. She was able to take some very specific requirements and quickly point us in the right direction to a home perfect for us. We were a demanding client and Debbie did not disappoint. She answered our many questions throughout the process usually within the hour, was extremely patient and positive. Debbie was extremely knowledgeable of the entire process and worked very hard in our corner to get us through the closing. She was able to recommend some very good inspection agents and overall just made the process as easy as it could be for a buyer. We highly recommend you use Debbie if you are searching for a home.

Deborah is an excellent communicator, immediately and meticulously attentive to every question and very friendly and supportive throughout from listing to closing. The best!
