We soon will be listing our house with the Dennis Farrelly team. A member of this team (Brittany) was very helpful to us when we were downsizing. We feared we would never find a house we loved as much as the one we were leaving, but Brittany was encouraging. She assured us that the right house was out there. She took the time to develop an accurate of what we were looking for, and she stayed on top of new listings, alerting us to houses in our price range that she thought we might like. She realized that buying a house is a big decision. She guided us without pressuring us. With her help, we were able to buy a house that exceeded our expectations. We were thrilled. We expect equally good results when we list with the Farrelly team.

It's been about 2 years since Dennis helped me purchase my home, and he was very responsive and very helpful from beginning to end, and even afterwards. If I ever decided to list I would look for him first. Real Estate is a difficult place to find and honest agent but I believe we have one here.
