Wiebe Real Estate

Great to work with Lou.

I live in So. CA. - property in Madera......Lou did an excellent job closing my property sale. Initial sale fell thru......Lou persisted and second offer competed on short escrow close. His due diligence to detail and closing date was key to the sale. I developed a long distance trusting relationship with Lou, and for that I am thankful to Lou.. i would highly recommend Lou to anyone looking for a professional, courteous, and honest realtor.

It was a real treasure to have a realtor that responds to texts, that can negotiate, be proactive and took the time to explain the process every step of the way. He was honest and never sugarcoated anything. We can never thank him enough for all the help he provided and ensuring we were always in good hands and he was on the ball. I never felt like he wasn't handling it. He had great communication. I would definitely call on him again and recommend him.

Lou was very helpful in getting this deal accomplished. This is the third house purchase that we have completed using Action Realty. We had very few holdups in the process and Lou was familiar with all the processes.

Lou is professional, helpful and thorough. We were very pleased with how he handled the sale of our home. A few issues occurred during the escrow process and he was quickly on top of it to take care of the issues. We would definitely recommend him to our friends and family.
