Jim Taranto served as our realtor when I bought a home last year. He was highly knowledgeable of the local real estate and found the perfect home within a few days. He represented me as a buyer and was very protective and proactive in negotiations with the sellers. And he was quick to respond to my questions and needs. He also handled a related lease agreement for five months until I was able to move in. He is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him.

I have used Jim when I first purchased the home that I just sold using him as my agent. Jim has a great personality. He know his way around Melbourne and the surrounding area. I would not hesitate to use him again.
