With the outstanding professional assistance of White & Associates Real Estate Services we found and purchased a lovely home in Red Bridge Community of Kansas City, MO. New to Kansas City, we had little knowledge of where best to look for a home in a nice neighborhood within our budget. Ronda & Bill White took the time to discover what each of us wanted in a home and neighborhood before explaining what Kansas City might offer for us.Ronda and Beth Riley focused on the areas in which to live, educated us about issues we might encounter, and made suggestions on specific home updates to meet our needs as we looked from one house to the next. They were always positive, energetic, and understanding, and we did find the right house. Beth was instrumental in getting us a signed contract, communicating to the seller's realtor what type of owners we would be, and how much we loved the house. We were impressed with the inspectors, whole house and structural, that they recommended. Angela Stokes helped us through all the paperwork and signing of documents needed to be done prior to and at the closing.We could not be more pleased than we are with White & Associates.
