I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. I contacted this agent multiple times regarding a property that I was genuinely interested in renting. My inquiries went largely ignored, and only after repeated follow-ups did I receive a short response stating that the property was no longer available. The problem is that the listing remains active and appears to still be vacant. If the property is unavailable, the listing should be updated. If it is available, prospective tenants deserve the opportunity to view it and receive a response to their inquiries. Professionalism is not just about posting listingsaEUR"it is also about communicating with prospective tenants. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. I wasted considerable time trying to obtain basic information and never received the opportunity to view the property.
