Westwater Realty

We had such a great experience working with Jan! She was always available when we had questions, did a great job explaining the process to us, and gave us such helpful advice when needed. We just felt like we were in great hands the whole time, and we ended up with our dream home for a price we were super happy with. Thank you Jan!!!

Lauren did an amazing job helping with the purchase of our condo in Boulder, Colorado. We live in New Mexico and only had one day to view properties. Lauren arranged for multiple showings, quickly keyed in on our wants and needs, and delivered the perfect option for us to purchase. She was right on top of every detail from offers to counter offers, to inspection and through closing. She really went above and beyond to make purchasing a home remotely from another state even easier than many of the properties we have purchased here in New Mexico. I can honestly say she is the most professional real estate agent we have had the opportunity to work with. I would highly recommend her services without reservation.

Jan was great! She helped guide us through process in Boulder / CO and was incredibly thorough and detail oriented. She was instantly responsive from offer all the way through close and was helpful in navigating the inspection and related issues.

We highly recommend Jennifer. She helped us find a house that was exactly what we asked for! Jennifer is clever, kind, creative, and extremely efficient. She negotiated a hefty credit at closing by connecting us with roofers and furnace servicing for quotes. She worked closely with our lender to make sure everything was moving according to schedule. She eased our worries with care and answered our questions with knowledge. My boyfriend and I are dual citizens and we both felt comfortable from the moment we met her. Anyone who works with Jennifer is lucky!

Working with Jan was great! She is extremely responsive, timely, and diligent. We had all of the details we needed (and more) to make an informed decision and felt like there was no stone unturned in the process. Would happily work with Jan again in future.
