Westward Real Estate

Thankful for his assistance and professionalism! Working with John was one of the best decisions we made when purchasing our new construction home in the Angeline community. Many people think buying directly from the builder means you don't need a Realtor, but that couldn't be further from the truth. John negotiated excellent terms with the builder that we never would have achieved on our own, and his guidance more than paid for itself. From the day we signed the contract until closing, John was there every step of the way. He coordinated inspections, connected us with reliable vendors, kept us informed throughout the process, and made sure every detail was handled. Whenever we had questions, he was quick to respond and always had our best interests in mind. What impressed us most was how much he genuinely cared. He wasn't just there to get us to closing. He wanted to make sure we made informed decisions and had a great experience from start to finish. If you're buying a home, especially new construction, I highly recommend having John represent you. His knowledge, professionalism, and dedication are second to none, and we're truly grateful for everything he did for us.

Words do not even fully begin to encapsulate John's value as a real estate agent. His extensive knowledge of the market, paired with his expertise when it comes to evaluating the condition of a home, are truly unmatched. Our family has worked with John on several real estate transactions - both as buyers and sellers. He will listen to your needs, and then dedicate himself to helping you weigh out the pros and cons of the home and give informative suggestions on how to proceed. After several years of his continued support, we grew to feel incredibly confident and even cocky at times, knowing we had him representing, negotiating, and advocating for us along the way. He has a way of taking the pressure off the home buying process, and goes to extreme lengths on the back end, to make sure his clients are positioned to bring the best offer or counter offer to the table. You will NEVER find an agent in the Tampa Bay area that is better than him! He will answer your every question, keep you informed throughout, and representing you in a way that makes it look easy when you know it's anything but! We are so incredibly grateful to have worked with him over the last several years and we HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. John, we sincerely thank you for not only your business but the kindness you have brought to this process. We know you will continue to find success and wish you the best in all future business endeavors!

We have worked with John twice in our search for a vacation home in Florida. We have found him to be extremely responsive, and his knowledge of the real estate market is very deep. He is a very good negotiator, and I have no doubt he has saved me money during those critical negotiations when making offers. If I have future needs in the local market, John would be the first person I would call. He is a very trusted advisor, and I appreciate his efforts on our behalf.

John provides excellent service and is very knowledgeable about all real estate needs. We have used him several times for both purchasing and selling our homes many times and will use him again without hesitation. He is truly an expert in his field!

John was by far the best realtor we have ever used! We came to FL looking for a second home and was unfamiliar with the area. John was so through and so knowable and he took so much time showing us homes and the area around, it was a wonderful experience! Highly highly recommend John !!! Thank you John!
