Lindsay listens intently to her clients needs and is able to match the communicated, and sometimes not communicated needs, to the perfect property... and shes a joy to work with :)

My wife and I were looking for a second home in Dillon or Frisco Colorado. We called about a property and Lindsey was showing it to us. That property went under contract right away so we could not see it. Lindsey showed up prepared with every property in the area that matched our wish list. She had listings that were not listed publicly as far as we could find. Her excellent negotiating saved us $20k when we made our purchase. She went out of her way to make our purchase as easy and trouble free as possible. I would highly recommend Lindsey to anyone looking to make a real estate purchase. We love the condo we purchased and it has exceeded our expectations.
