Western Piedmont Real Estate

Mr. Barrier is the epitome of a great real estate agent. Initially we discussed the amenities I was looking for in a new home. With Marks knowledge of the local market, he instantly recommended we look at several different properties. All of which were great recommendations, but just not aEURoethe oneaEUR?. In the following weeks, Mark would advise me of properties that were up and coming. It was with his expertise that I found aEURoethe oneaEUR?. Fortunately Marks assistance did not stop there. It had been 25 years since I last bought a home and was very ignorant on the process. Mark helped out every step of the way. It was with his knowledge, professionalism and dedication to his profession, that I now own a home that I love. I highly recommend contacting Mr. Barrier if you are in need of a realtor.

Mark was very diligent in helping us find the house we purchased during a very tight market in the area we were looking at. We had been working with several agents. Mark seemed to understand what we were looking for and was able to work with our schedule. Regarding the 4 stars for negotiating skills, I take the blame for that. Mark did allow me to be my own worst enemy. I did recommend Mark to a very good friend who also purchased a home in this area. I would also recommend Mark to anyone looking in this market area. My experience with Mark did not include the sale of my existing home.

Mark is an exceptional realtor! He went way beyond a realtor`s job requirements! He dropped everything and spent days and miles to help me find a house, especially since I lived out of state. I highly recommend this outstanding realtor!

Mark was an amazing realtor to work with! I am a young first time home buyer and he went above and beyond to help me find a house! We are still in contact to this day. Any questions I have regarding my property I know I can reach out to him. If he doesn?t know the answer he can point me in a direction to find the answer! I would recommend him to everyone as he is as friendly as they come. Truly an amazing experience buying my home because of Mark.

Mark did an outstanding job in helping me find my home. He is very knowledgeable in his field. I would recommend him to anyone looking to find a home. He has also become a very good friend!
