Western Exposures Realty, LLC

Samantha did a great job helping us purchase our home. We lived out of the area and she was super helpful to get the inspections done. She helped facilitate getting tests done on the house and last minute duct work to be able to pass the appraisal. She knows the area well and has loads of connections to assist with repairs or needed work. We were very appreciative of always being able to reach her with questions or updates!

She was very understanding & helped us in any way she could. She didnt leave in the same town, she still drove to us when she was able. The communication was unmatched and I highly recommend working with her and her team at Western Exposures Realty.

Samantha went above and beyond to help us get our house on Rangely. Even after the original realtor listed on the house was making the process difficult and did her dirty after the sale of the house. If you need a really good and trustworthy realtor then Samantha is the one you want.
