WESTconsin Realty

Jack recently helped my fiance and I buy our first house and he was the best! We were not familiar with the process or looking at houses in general and his vast knowledge, responsiveness, flexibility, guidance and overall demeaner made this journey enjoyable actually which I would not have expected. I would recommend him to anyone that asked.

Jackson was great to work with in the sale of my home. There was quite a bit of work that needed to be done before we could put it on the market, and Jackson was very patient through the whole process. He worked with me to get the house ready and list it at the most opportune time. He truly went above and beyond what I expected before the sale and coordinated the repairs after we accepted an offer. Thank you so much!

Jackson was a pleasure to work with as first time home buyers. He was able to take the time to answer any and all questions in a way that didn't leave you with more questions! When my wife and I first started to look, we wanted forested land to build on. This prompted many visits to plots of land around around Western Wisconsin, hiking though thick forest and mud. Then when we quickly changed our minds to buy a house at the last second he was able to write up an offer letter on his way home from a hunting trip. When it came time to close on the home, he was able to represent us well! However, the bit that left me the most impressed with Jackson was his genuine care and love of our dream. It was not him trying to impose himself on/in our dream to make a sale but him being supportive of us to pursue what we had in mind. With any moves/purchases going forward we know who we will ask for assistance. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy land or a home in Wisconsin or Minnesota.

Jackson was great to work with. He is super knowledgeable about homes and was able to walk us through each room and provide insight on each area. As a first time home buyer this was invaluable insight! He's also quick to respond to text, call, and email and was quick to put in offers/negotiate on our behalf. He made a cumbersome process less painful and enjoyable! I can't recommend him enough as a realtor!

We can't say enough about working with Jackson! He is friendly, knowledgeable, and will work hard to get you in your dream home. I appreciated his advice and clarity during each showing. I would recommend Jackson to anyone looking to buy or sell a home; you will be in great hands!
