Im honestly shocked by all the 5 star reviews. I found keri to be unprofessional and a bit snarky. She was only snarky to me, not to my husband, the property is only in his name, so I wasn't her client, just the wife. Besides that, neither her nor the lending officer ever mentioned the property being in a wildfire zone, which required different insurance. We found out through the insurance company the day of closing that they couldn't cover the property. This is something that should have been disclosed prior to obtaining the earnest money, not the day of closing. We dont have wildfire zones where we are from, so we didn't even think to look it up ourselves, but we shouldn't have had to. I did look it up though, the day we were supposed to close but couldnt. The entire county is a wildfire zone, so either they didn't know, which is unacceptable, or they didn't say anything in order to make the sale, which is sketchy, unprofessional, and unacceptable.

Keri was so awesome! She was always so fast to respond and had an amazing attitude. She was helpful and so knowledgeable every step of the way. She knew the area we were moving to so well and made us feel comfortable with the process. It was our first time buying a home and she made it stress-free. She showed up on time for all the showings we went to. If you're looking for someone to help you with the home-buying process Keri is the one to go to. I could not recommend her more. Absolutely awesome to work with.

Mostly interacted with Wes during the search and he was an excellent advocate, responsive and honest. He listened effectively to my wants and needs and was more of a partner than a salesman. Keri handled all the administrative requirements on time and also effective. Highly recommend this team.
