West USA Realty

Bruce handled every aspect of the sale with knowledge, and professionalism. He was always available to answer the questions I posed. Great job Bruce.

We are always happy to let others know when a product or service is above and beyond expectations. Pam and Bruce Wachter sold our cabin in a timely manner.. They were prompt in forwarding information, made recommendations re the condition of the property and found a buyer in a sluggish market.Lew and Ruth Dumbauld

It was great to have 2 agents working for me, and they are really great at what they do. They kept me on top of everything through the sale. The things that I wanted to have done that were very important to me, they made sure they got done. They even continued to be available to me after the sale. Highly recommend.R.D.

They provided immediate responses to all of my questions, and were never to busy to meet with me after work, or on the weekends. They handled ALL of the details with my home purchase and walked me through every step.
