When the offer came in on the house, Nicole was honest with us about what she felt was reasonable and what wasn't. It was evident that she really cared about us and wanted the sale to be fair, even with it being a full-price, cash offer. In the end, it was exactly that, for both parties involved. She remained readily available to guide and support us through the move, and even forwarded a package on to us that was delivered after we left the area.
