Charles is my hero! This process started off all wrong. My mother passed away and had a house in Winslow, a couple hours drive away from where I live. I didn?t know any realtors so I did the modern thing and searched on Google. Nobody would call me back and I didn?t know what to do next. Charles was referred to my sister and I by a family friend. He was quick to respond and helped me put a plan in place. He lives a couple blocks away and facilitated in finding someone to fix it up after the previous renters trashed the place. He met everyone over there from the locksmith, glass company, handyman, HVAC, etc. He listed the house after months of work to get it ready and had an offer the same day! The house closed and this chapter is done. My story really has a happy ending; although I lost my mother, I gained a friend. I strongly recommend Charles for all your property needs, whether buying or selling!

During our home buying experience Charlie made himself available for questions and concerns at all hours. Charlie worked to correct any problems that popped up.
