I'm so grateful Ryan Fergen was my agent. We started looking at homes in 2025, and I had so much fun imagining what my permanent place could be like. Ryan took the time to learn what I loved, what mattered most to me, and what wasnt quite right. He was knowledgeable, flexible, and there for me at every step. He planned our home tours thoughtfully, following routes that helped me get to know each neighborhood as well as the houses. With every visit, I felt a little closer to finding my dream home. When I finally saw the one, Ryan understood how much it meant to me. He guided me through the bid and all the steps that followed to help make it happen. He even helped with the final details while I was out of town. I couldnt have done this without him. Ryan made the whole experience both easier and genuinely enjoyable, and I'm so happy to be home!

I would like to give a HUGE shout-out to our realtor Ryan Fergen with Evergreen Realty and his team. Ryan helped us buy our first home here in Lakeside. We found the house and called him up and told him that we would like to view this house. We went out and saw the house and it only took us a few days to decide that we wanted to buy it. We told Ryan that we had a trip to Yellowstone planned and we really couldnt cancel it. And asked him if he would be able to deal with all the things that needed to be done while we were gone. He took care of EVERYTHING for us and I mean EVERYTHING. He had wonderful contacts for contractors like gutters, painters, plumbers, landscaper to help us cut down trees, too close to the house for insurance purposes. Our home inspection and the septic inspection. And he even had our house and the guest house completely cleaned. We couldnt have done this with our Yellowstone trip planned, but he was there all the way. We came back from that trip with everything ready for us to move in. He is an awesome guy to work with I highly recommend him to anyone looking to move to the Mountain. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.
