Werner Realty

Both my brother and I have used Lou for a couple of deals and we would both recommend highly to all. His Knowledge and responsiveness is top notch. He always answered and returns call quickly during normal work hours, after hours and weekend.

Louie was great to work with and helped me & my wife buy our first home. He shared many listings with us based on our wants & needs and helped make the process very easy once we found one we wanted to make an offer on. I would recommend using him with any of your real estate transactions!

Lou was great through the entire process. He was responsive to any questions I had while looking to sell my parents condominium either by phone or text. I heard from him within minutes. We had several challenges prior to closing and Lou was there to walk me off the ledge. He was proactive in working with the other professionals involved in the selling process including both attorneys and the buyers broker.

We've used Lou twice to buy a house. He was excellent both times, super responsive, and helped us through each step in the process. Will use him again if we ever move.

Lou helped us buy our home, and he was knowledgeable and experienced in helping us navigate some unique circumstances. He was super efficient, knowledgeable, and considerate in helping us purchase our home. Highly recommend!!
