A clear presentation was given to me to explain the services they offer. She gave me direction as to what I needed to do to clean up the property and prepare for sale. Lisa and her team did a good amount of research to determine the proper pricing for sale. She did a great job of communicating offers and handling negociations with me and gave excellent advice.
