Staci Kowalczyk is a rockstar and we had already recommended her to friends before we even closed on the sale of our house, we were just so impressed! We heavily researched agencies before deciding to reach out to Staci. Wemert Group Realty shined above the rest, and even though there are a lot of talented people at Wemert, Staci's track record for working with sellers (especially ones out of state unable to check on the property themselves), her connections to snowbirds in Michigan (since she is also licensed there in addition to Florida), and overall philosophy toward her job really stood out to us. Staci's attention to detail was evident from our first interaction via email, then again when we met in person to go over what she and Wemert could do for us. She walked our property with an eagle eye for little things we could easily address that would be noticed by an inspector. She stayed chatting with us all things strategy for over an hour, and was happy to answer any questions, as well as go over hypothetical scenarios. When it was time to list, Staci and her team took amazing professional pictures and had us putting our best foot forward in a tough market for sellers. She hosted an open house our first weekend on the market, and then we had several private showings booked as well, which speaks to the great marketing of the property. We were kept in the loop about all of this via text as well as their ShowingTime app, so we knew when people were going into our property (we loved the app!) Since our property was vacant at the time of listing, it meant a lot to us that Staci hosted the open house herself versus an assistant, and checked on the house a couple of other times personally. When it came time to negotiate the offer we wanted to proceed with, Staci was great at giving advice as to what to push back on. We never felt pressured to do one thing or another, but did appreciate her informed opinion and followed her expertise. She was highly communicative with both us and the Buyer's agent throughout the whole negotiation process, even when it was after business hours or a weekend. Any time there was a hiccup on the Buyer's side, she was on top of it, as well as Patrice Donnellon, the fabulous Transaction Manager we were paired with. While other houses are sitting on the market a long time, Staci got the job done and quicker than we expected too! There are still homes in our neighborhood sitting there, which have never gone pending, that listed long before we did. They should have reached out to Staci instead!
