JJ was superb in all facets of selling and buying. I would recommend him for all such efforts to anyone looking for his services. Our home at Willow Creek was sold in a couple of weeks to a fine gentleman who will love to live in it as much as we did. At our closing, he loved to listen to our stories and relished the old buying agreement I had saved from 43 years ago. It was a pleasure selling the house to him under JJ's direction. If I ever need to sell this new home, I would insist on working with him again. He even gave us a gift card to help us celebrate our buying of our new home. We will certainly enjoy it! Finally, I would like to say that was courteous, knowledgeable, polite, and understanding about everything that dealt with our sale and our needing to be felt well about the sale. Kristy served as our realtor while we were looking for a house to rent in the area and did an outstanding job. Early in the process she provided us with a website that allowed us to see houses before they hit the main ones (Zillow, Trulia, etc.). As we moved closer to choosing a house Kristy was working with multiple landlords to find room to negotiate on pet restrictions and price. She provided continuous updates that helped us refine our search and prioritize houses until we ultimately found a house that was within our range and had the things that we were looking for. Throughout the process she was very responsive, has a clear understanding of the real estate market in the area, and provided very useful feedback. I would recommend hiring Kristy as a real estate professional for renting, buying, or selling a home as she was very helpful and enjoyable to work with and showed a clear ability to negotiate to a favorable solution on behalf of her clients.
