ZillowVERIFIEDBeing out of state and unable to see the property ourselves, we had to depend on her completely. She did not disappoint. She was professional, on top of the details, was great with negotiating, and responded quickly. We felt confident in her capable hands.

ZillowVERIFIED Jeff Boskovich was such a pleasure to work with. He sold our home within a few days of it being listed. When we started looking to purchase our new home, we gave him our list of needs and wants and he knew exactly what we wanted to look for.

ZillowVERIFIED Very detail oriented realtor whom takes a strong interest into what the buyer is wanting and desires for the perfect home acquisition. Once you've delivered the key do's and don'ts for your home of choice, along with the amenities you prefer, Dupri does an excellent job going to bat for exactly what you're looking for, all while staying within your budget!

ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Dupri by my loan officer. He actually gave me three agents to choose from, so I just picked one and it was Dupri. Boy was that the best decision I ever made! He is by the far, the best and most thorough agent I have ever worked with. His team is super dedicated, loyal, friendly, resourceful, and most of all, PASSIONATE about finding you a home. We came up against quite a few obstacle and Dupri was there to help me through each one with ease. I HIGHLY recommend this team!

ZillowVERIFIED Hank was recommended to me by a couple of real good friends of mine. Let's start off by saying how impressed I am about the work they have done for me. Hanks assistant, Harry, was properly trained and went out of his way for me to make me a booklet of the houses i saw with all the pictures and information. That way i could take notes and remember the pros vs cons on the many houses we went and looked at. They are so professional and treat you like family the whole way through. I will use them again if needed in the future and recommend them to all family and friends of mine. They got me my house in less than 3 weeks, and I couldn't be more happy about how smooth and simple it was for me because they did all the hard parts. I have absolutely no complains and I guarantee they will do the same for anyone reading this!

ZillowVERIFIED There is no way any other realtor could be this good!!!! They did a great job marketing our home we sold. They used things I never heard of. He was in constant communication with us through out our sale and purchase!! I will not use any other realtor in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot speak more highly about Hank we were very grateful and appreciative to have him as our realtor my fiance thought I was a little crazy because I interviewed six real estate agents and No One Compared to the feeling we had when we met Hank and are feeling were right, we are first time homeowners and from start to finish was a beautiful experience he found us our Dream Home it was a little bit of a stretch for us to get this particular home but with his negotiating skills and all of his years experience he made it happen there was a multiple offer bidding war on our home and Hank came out the winner there's a reason he's the top Metro Detroit real estate owner/broker and has the nickname "THE HAMMER" ?????? we could not be happier with using him as our agent and we now have him as a good friend we have referred him to many of our friends family and Neighbors we highly recommend Hank Mendez!!!!!! Thank you again Hank for everything you have done for us!!

ZillowVERIFIED Hank did an awesome Job! We were so happy to find our dream home!! Being a first time home buyer, it can be very stressful and scary (especially in this crazy market) but Hank explained the process so easy, gave great advice, and had accurate estimates of home values. We were so confident going into showings because we knew Hank had our backs! He instantly responds to text, concerns, and phone calls. Whenever we wanted to look at a house he made it happen, even if it was within the hour. I cannot thank Hank enough for helping us! We are so happy!
