Sue is the BEST. In this insane and frustrating market, she's the realtor you want. My fiance's mom recommended Sue to us. She had gotten them into their dream home a couple years earlier. We were pre-approved in April, but not filled with much hope watching the market. We put our faith in Sue and stayed patient. She pulled it off! She found us the perfect home within our budget in about 2 months. As I continue to watch other buyers struggle I remain so grateful to Sue for finding us our home. She's incredibly knowledgeable and is a strong negotiator. She responds really any time of day and quickly. Being a first time home buyers we relied heavily on her for everything. She's patient and spoke to us like real people, not just clients. If a house we looked at wasn't that great, she said so very frankly and did not push us to make an offer.
