Though we thought we knew what we wanted, it was still difficult to find one that seemed like it could fit our needs and feel like home. Sue was patient, kind and creative in her desire to help us figure out what we liked or did not like about each home. She used the information she gathered from us to remove the homes that would not hit the mark, and add those that might. She was more than willing to research the answers to each of our questions, even when it meant hunting down a builder or calling the county or whatever. And she has a list of skilled laborers that she recommends for potential remodeling projects that a home may require. We were able to get quotes and to better understand the extent of certain issues based on the plumber and contractor she brought in to inspect things before we made our offer. Because she's previously worked with a title company, her knowledge of the loan and closing process was very helpful and instructive. Sue's professional experience and well informed recommendations were invaluable. We have purchased five different homes in four different cities in the last 25 years, Sue is among the best realtors we've hired and we highly recommend her.

As a selling agent, I loved her honestly and her ability to help us see the market not through our eyes but through reality. She had great advice as to what to fix up in our home and as a result our home was sold within 48 hours. Finding a new home took much longer. But Sue worked with us, was patient, worked hard to get us what we were looking for and encouraged us to look at houses that may not have fit the exact mold we were looking for. Eventually, we found a house that didn't fit our exact mold, but has become my favorite home (I've lived in 22) that I have ever lived in.
