I highly recommend Mara Glauberg! I connected with Mara this past winter when I was getting ready to sell my home of 31 years in Randolph. From our very first interaction, she impressed me with her extensive knowledge of the local market and the nuances of our diverse township. Because I was out of state in California during the initial phases, I was worried about managing necessary pre-market repairs. Mara stepped right in and took care of everything. She immediately went to work sourcing and managing contractors for the various projects, ensuring they were all completed by the time I returned at the end of March. Her efficiency is unmatchedaEUR"we even received a pre-market offer while I was on my flight back to New Jersey. Mara is incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, and fast. Her vast network of trusted vendors (including plumbers, roofers, septic inspectors, and handypeople) delivered excellent, timely work. She expertly guided me through every milestone leading up to the closing. If you want a dedicated professional who delivers expert advice and seamless execution, work with Mara!

I would give Mara 10 stars if I could. She was incredible to work with in both selling my home and purchasing a new one. I experienced a big life change in 2025 and Mara was extremely sensitive to what I was going through personally. Throughout the process, she always encouraged me to do what was best for my family and I never felt pressured to go in one direction or another. She supported me every step of the way and I'm truly grateful. And if that wasnt enough, she caught a mistake at closing and saved me thousands of dollars! I appreciate her loyalty, support and expertise and could never have done it without her.

Mara is completely outstanding in every aspect. She has such a knowledge base of listing, value and neighborhoods. I provided her a list of must haves for my "dream home" and she found us something that checked every single box. A dream come true. She is always available to answer questions and she works tirelessly to obtain success. If I could give more stars, I would. She has worked with my family as both a seller's and a buyers agent. Incredible experiences all around.

We had the pleasure of working with Mara first when purchasing our home and later when selling another property, and we could not have asked for a better real estate agent. On the buying side, Mara took the time to truly understand our needs, priorities, and long-term goals. She listened carefully and always kept those requirements in mind when helping us evaluate properties. She also had the foresight to see the potential in a home and helped us imagine what it could become, often pointing out possibilities and opportunities that we might have otherwise overlooked. We never felt pressured into making a decision that wasn't right for us. What impressed us most throughout both transactions was the amount of work Mara did behind the scenes. She worked tirelessly to ensure everything moved forward smoothly, often handling challenges before we were even aware of them, and she did it all without seeking recognition or attention for her efforts. When it came time to sell our home, Mara's expertise really shone. Every suggestion she made to improve the home's appeal and value was spot-on. Her recommendations helped us present the property in the best possible light and contributed significantly to a successful sale. Another thing we appreciated was that Mara always seemed to know the right person to call when something needed to get done. Whether we needed repairs, improvements, inspections, or other services, her recommendations consistently helped make the process easier. Mara combines professionalism, market knowledge, dedication, and genuine care for her clients. We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Life changing. Mara goes above and beyond her job description to get the best possible deal. She is passionate about real estate and an expert in the field. There is no question that she does not have an answer for. Mara has a person for everything and has made many recommendations that are just as outstanding. It has been such a pleasure working with Mara.
