Helped me and my family into our dream home and managed my rental property faithfully for 6 years. I have and would recommend Curt to anyone needing assistance with real estate.

Curt and his team have just done a tremendous job for me. They've taken my property though foreclosure through repair and sale. He's kept me updated and just done a great job for me.

Curt was able to sell my townhouse an hour before the New York State Pause went into effect! He was very responsive to all of my inquiries and complied with all of the safety guidelines during the COVID- 19 pandemic Almost everything was completed via email or text - a very smooth process!

Curt and his team managed my rental properties when I lived in the Rochester area. When I moved away, I no longer wanted to be a landlord there. Curt found buyers at very good selling prices for the areas the homes were in.
