Kathleen is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is the consummate professional while remaining warm, friendly and eager to help. Kathy has helped me a number of times over the years. After many rounds of looking for a new place for myself and my kids, Kathy never grew weary of our extended searches. When the right place came around Kathy secured it for us and made the process a breeze. I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Kathy.

Kathleen has been instrumental in all of our real estate purchases, the latest being our first investment property. Her extensive knowledge of all facets of real estate in the South Jersey comes from many years of experience. Her positive attitude and kind demeanor make her a pleasure to work with. From setting out to find deals to negotiating and finalizing daunting paperwork, she was extremely helpful in every phase of our deals. Highly recommended this real estate professional to anyone who may need her services. Thank you Kathleen!

Melisa was recommended to us by the realtor that we used to by our Michigan home when we moved to Michigan. Maggie Gerich contacted Melisa and put us in touch to assist us in selling our Shamong NJ house. After providing Melisa with some details about the house in NJ that we wanted to sell, she quickly did a walk through. By the time we traveled from MI back to. NJ Melisa already had a potential buyer set up. Her familiarity with the area and resources available was outstanding. We lived in NJ for 40 years and Shamong for 20 in a four bedroom ranch. Melisa made what is usually a very stressful time, into a piece of cake. I cant say enough about her. She is fantastic and if I ever wanted to move back to the area, Melisa would be my first call. She went above and beyond. She interfaced with the title company, the buyer and whoever else was required to seal the deal. Hardly any effort required on our part She always responded quickly to any message and was extremely knowledgeable about the process of buying/selling real estate. She is the best!

Melisa has helped my wife and me with multiple real estate transactions in the area over the past five years, and she has been exceptional every single time. Her determination is unmatched, and she consistently works to make each transaction as smooth and stress free as possible. One of the things that truly sets Melisa apart is her creativity. She brings fresh, fun, and effective marketing ideas to the table, and its clear she genuinely enjoys that part of the process. She also goes above and beyond to ensure a home is shown at its absolute best, whether recommending different staging options or even stepping in to help with cleaning and landscaping when needed. Melisa has also built an impressive network of contractors and service providers. Whenever small issues pop up during the sale process, she already has trusted resources ready to step in, which has been important to keep everything moving forward without delay. After working with her on multiple transactions, we can confidently say that Melisa is hardworking, thoughtful, and fully committed to her clients success. Melisa has our recommendation to anyone buying or selling a home.

My husband and I were relocating to another state, moving from Willingboro, NJ. Melisa was very aggressive with our listing, and was very attentive to our needs, especially after we moved, which was before our house sold. With Melisas experience, everything went smoothly. We are happy to recommend Melisa to anyone interested in buying or selling.
