Weichert, Realtors-Fontaine & Associates

Horrible experience with Donald Fontaine. Listed our home $100,000 over what it should have been listed foraEUR|. Wasted very valuable time. Had an excuse for everything. Not a single person showed up only some neighbors being nosy so I would not recommend this man for anything. Very well dressed and charming however unfortunately told us many untruths.

Don handled our account with enthusiasm, professionalism, and determination. He was always available to us to answer questions, to give guidance, to meet when requested, and best of all he found a good match for the offering that we had. We highly recommend him and his staff.

Don kept me informed every step of the way. Solid. Advice at every turn. Advised me to require a higher deposit from buyer who had previously withdrawn his offer prior to closing.

Don and Pam first put a beautiful array of pictures on the internet that helped to sell both my house and my partner's house. In addition they were instrumental in negotiating the purchase of our present home. Don is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Could not have accomplished our goal without him.

Don is an Excellent Agent, from the time I walked into the office till all the hand shakes were done at the signing, Don was there when ever I needed him. I dare say it was often. We had to look at ~30 houses maybe more, he was so knowledgeable and helpful, looking at all of them.
