Linda was a wonderful partner in our real estate transaction. As sellers' agent, she advocated for us, advised, and encouraged us. On more than one occassion, her calm under pressure was exactly what we needed to keep us moving forward. She's an expert in the local market, and has years of savy expertise in dealing with people. She understands how people think and respond when dealing with large, stressful transactions. She also has a great eye for aesthetics and many helpful suggestions on how to move the house quickly, while maximizing the price. She was extremely responsive to every question, email and phone call...getting back to us within minutes. She's simply...the best we've ever dealt with.

Its hard to sell your parents/childhood home and Linda was incredibly patient with me as I constantly had questions and wanted to make sure we put the house in the best position to be found by compassionate owners. Linda was always available for a quick chat, helped with all the township and paperwork hurdles, taking a huge weight off my shoulders, and really gave me a simplified version of everything that was happening to help me understand the process thoroughly. I am so grateful for her support and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor with both a sharp professional mind and a genuinely kind heart.

Linda did an outstanding job helping us sell our home. We had three aspirational goals that we shared with Linda at the beginning of the process; Sell quickly, sell above listing price and we needed an extended closing window to accommodate our out-of-state relocation. Linda leveraged her expertise and negotiating skills to accomplish all three goals, in a somewhat soft market, as well as leading us through a very smooth inspection and closing process. We are very appreciative and highly recommend Linda to her future customers!

Linda did a great job selling our home. We were very happy and enjoyed working with Linda. If you are looking to buy or sell your home reach out to Linda and her team.

We recently used Linda Oswald for the Sale of my dads home. It was a small home in a Lake Community, but Linda treated us as if it were a Million Dollar Sale. Linda kept the process moving, always going above & beyond. For example, she helped us get information from the town regarding the property and the association. She was very responsive any time we had questions or concerns, including on weekends & Holidays! She was knowledgeable, professional & caring! We would absolutely use Linda again for any of our Real Estate needs in the future & highly recommend her to our family & friends!!
