I had a very unique home. I LEGALLY built another house next to it and connected the two with a common entryway. Most would call it an in-law but Brockton doesnt allow in-laws. The first realtor showed up and never got out of his car. He said he didnt want to get involved. I told him it was legit. He said aEURoe Thanks but I'm not interested aEURoe Then I got a cold call from Greg Murphys office asking if I was interested in selling my home. I actually am interested and a meeting was set up. When Greg pulled into my driveway, I asked if he wanted to back out. His reply told me that he was on the ball. He said aEURoe of course not. I dont know how you were able to build this but I know its legal. I already went to City Hall and pulled the permits.aEUR?Gregs attention to detail showed throughout the entire process. When a friend of mine whos a captain at the Brockton Fire Department told me that home inspections are running over a month from the initial call to make the appointment. I knew I had a closing date of 3 weeks. I immediately called Greg to tell him what my friend said about getting a home inspection prior to your closing. He said aEURoe I made the appointment 3 weeks ago. The fire department will be here on Thursday. Its Tuesday. Its little things like this that can delay a closing. Everything on Gregs end was smooth and professional. I wish I could say the same for the buyer. ( another story for another day ) I also noticed that Greg had a great relationship with the others that are needed for a sale to happen. The appraiser, the home inspectors, he even knew the 2 fire department people that showed up for the inspection. All in all Greg is a serious professional in his craft. He knows all the details needed to make a sale happen. Also, he has a great personality and hes a dedicated family man. I'm proud to say that he not only sold my house for the price I wanted, he also became my friend in the process.

There was alot of issue on the seller side and thanks to Greg's knowledge of expertise and been very informative everything felt in place until the closing date . 10/10

Greg did an outstanding job handling all aspects of the sale of my mother's condo. He was professional, enthusiastic, proactive and stayed on top of all aspects of a transaction that was more involved than usual due to family trust considerations, geographical distances and my mother's medical considerations. I really feel Greg went above and beyond in this case, and earned every bit of his commission. I strongly recommend him as an agent.

I cannot stay how much better Greg is as a real estate agent than any other I've interacted with in my life on any scale that I know of that makes sense to most people. When moving to the area under a corporate move plan, I lucked out with finding Greg. He has deep knowledge in construction and local housing markets and put up with this engineer throughout a long house search. Then, when selling the house about 6 years later, he went above and beyond to ensure it was show ready and sold quickly. If you're looking for an agent in the area you found it!

Greg has worked on several properties for me so far. Each and every time he goes above and beyond from understanding your needs and wants, to curating a list of properties, and getting you through to closing. He was available to answer my questions 24/7 from start to finish. He truly gives you the attention needed to make a smart decision, even steering you away from bad decisions. Hes not just there to sell you a house, he wants to put you in a property youll be happy with for years. If I ever need another realtor I wont use anybody but Greg. Could not recommend him more.
