Michael Mizrahi was outstanding from start to finish when helping me purchase my multi-family property in Long Branch. He went above and beyond at every step, making sure everything was handled smoothly and that I never felt stressed throughout the process. He was always available, extremely responsive, and truly had my best interest in mind. His knowledge and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence in the deal. I couldnt be happier with the experience and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

I couldn't have asked for a better agent to help with my purchase. Michael was always responsive, friendly, and ready to help. Whenever an issue arose, he would immediately respond, "I'm on it," and address it promptly. I highly recommend him.

I had a great experience working with Mikey. If you're looking for a real estate agent in Neptune, NJ or the surrounding Jersey Shore area, I highly recommend him. He has a strong understanding of investment properties, multifamily homes, duplexes, rental properties, and value add opportunities. He knows how to analyze deals, evaluate cash flow, and identify opportunities that make sense for both homeowners and real estate investors. Mikey was responsive, professional, and easy to work with throughout the process. Whether you're buying your first home, searching for a multifamily property, looking for a fix and flip, or building a long term rental portfolio, he's a great resource. If you need a knowledgeable Neptune NJ real estate agent who understands both residential and investment real estate, Mikey is someone I would confidently recommend.

I have worked with Michael as my realtor for many years now. He has helped my buy and sell multiple properties. He is very responsive, knowledge and personable. I have recommended him to many of my friends and family and they are all satisfied with his service. He is the go to for any real estate transaction. He is the best.

Michael helped us find our new home! He understood what we were looking for and was definitely on top of his game. Michael was so patient with us, even on days that we called him three times in a day (happened more than once)! If youre looking for a reliable and RESPONSIVE realtor, Michael is your guy.
