Dont hesitate to use Paul! When we first set out to sell and buy a home, we thought it would be best to use a realtor that is seen on billboards. That was our first mistake! It didnt take long to realize we were just a number to the billboard realtor. After that experience, we didnt want to use a realtor at all. Therefore, I created my own ad on Zillow and was about to post it when Paul Metzger called me. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable, but not pushy. Therefore, I allowed him to come to our home to let us know what he could do for us. Paul spoke with us about the market value of our home (included facts that backed up his research) and told us about the difference his professional photographer would make. All I could think of was: I already have my pictures ready to be posted. What difference does a professional photographer make? Paul sent me a link to his most recent listing and I immediately saw the difference. Therefore, we decided to give Paul the contract. Months later, I look back and am so grateful we listed with Paul because he did an OUTSTANDING job! The things we liked most about Paul were: * He was ALWAYS available! If he didnt answer his phone, I knew a call back or text would be soon. * His professional photographer was great! The pictures he took of our home were beautiful! * He immediately uploaded pictures with custom maps of the location of our home in comparison to popular locations (which I have not seen from other realtors listings and have friends who complain about how long their realtors took to post their listing). * When it came to showings, Paul always kept us updated with time period and feedback. * At one point, my husband was in the hospital. Paul offered to do whatever he could to help out with our showings. Very kind person. * When we received an offer, Paul stuck with us throughout the process to let us know that things were still moving forward. It was just nice to get those calls of assurance. * Our buyer sold her own home on Zillow. It didnt take me long to see all of the things she had to do on her own that we didnt have to do because Paul took care of everything (Township inspection, various paperwork, etc.) Our advice: Im relieved we didnt try to sell our home by ourselves. Buying and selling is stressful--especially when unforeseen circumstances arise). Choose a realtor like Paul who you can trust to be by your side throughout the whole experience!
