He had lots of great working knowledge of the property, and was supportive, without undue pressure. He led with facts and where he did not know, he got us the answer. We went back 3 times and then, made an offer. He negotiated well for both buyer and seller, and we feel like we got the price we wanted to pay. He stayed in touch daily via text and setup several walkthroughs for us that included a discussion with the sellers on some questions we had just before close.
