Keith is the quintessential real estate professional, and I could have done no better in placing myself in his hands to represent me as a Buyers Agent. He is truly a cut above what I expected from a real estate agent. Keith is a Pros Pro, from his wearing a suit every day, to his being straightforward, honest, genuine, easy to communicate with, and a hard working family guy. I would strongly recommend anyone looking to purchase or sell a property to use Keith. You will be lucky to have him represent you.Keith has an impressive background in all facets of real estate from loans and mortgages, to escrow, and to all aspects of real estate, and he has been involved in the business for many more years than one would ever guess with his young age. Keith has an intimate knowledge of the Aliso Viejo, Mission Viejo, Laguna Hills, Rancho Santa Margarita area, and adjacent areas. He has lived in the area since he was a youngster and is very knowledgeable with the good points and bad points of all the local areas and neighborhoods. Keith eased us into the intimidating process of purchasing a house, by bringing us into his office and going over the nuances of the market, getting a feel for the property we were looking for, and explaining the process of purchasing real estate. Keith showed me many properties that fit my search criterion, and was very helpful and insightful with all his observations and comments about each property. Once we had decided on a property to purchase, Keith advised us on how much money to offer the Seller, and in a surprisingly competitive market with many competing offers, we were successful in obtaining the property. Keith professionally guided us through the labyrinth of paperwork, signatures, forms, disclosures, etc., and made sure that he was representing us and protecting our interests as a Buyer.We eventually decided not to purchase the property, and Keith guided us through the necessary paperwork to withdraw our bid.We are still looking to purchase a house in the future, and will undoubtedly contact Keith again, and solicit his advice and professionalism, and maybe invite him and his family over for a summer barbeque!

Was pretty impressed by the local knowledge. I went and saw many houses with him, took me to the not so good neighborhoods and pointed out why they are not so good instead of just dropping them right off the our shopping list. Would give strong feedback on defects and negatives of the houses. Knows what to look for, more than any other Realtor I have dealt before. Quick to spot great deals though it is not always in his or my hands to get it. Never pressured me to buy any house. Good negotiator, would have expected him to help me buy a house for free :-) but he did get me a house for the lowest price that I though the house is worth. I had certain priorities in my house buying and he searched and looked for with those in mind. Nice person, friendly unlike others who are cold to your opinions. Would use him as my Realtor in Southern California.
