About Company:

Founded in 1965201-500 Employees

Watson Realty Corp. was a longtime dream of our founder, Mr. William A. Watson, Jr., starting in his early days as a real estate and insurance student at Stetson University. After a few years of working as a partner in a real estate firm, he decided it was time to open his own company. Shortly thereafter, with help and sacrifice from his wife Janelle, Mr. Watson opened Watson Realty Corp. (originally operating as the William A. Watson Corporation for the first few years of business) as a single-storefront company on December 16th, 1965. From these humble beginnings, Watson would continue to rapidly grow into one of Northeast Florida's most trusted real estate companies thanks to Mr. Watson's founding principles of strong, ethical leadership and salesmanship and the desire to deliver legendary quality service to customers.

I cant rave about my experience with Jessica enough! I lived a few hours away from the house I was selling, and she was very attentive during the whole process. When I felt like things were moving too fast, she slowed down the pace for me. She gave me an honest opinion on what she thought needed to be done before the house went on the market, and she even went out of her way to fix some things I forgot about. She assessed the market value of the house extremely well which helped get multiple viewings one day after the listing went live. I got an exceptional offer that Jessica walked me through with a 21 day close! I will definitely refer Jessica to anyone looking in the Jacksonville area!

Best agent I ever worked with and this is my 4th house. Knowledgeable of the complete process which saved me several times on buying a bad land purchase. Thank goodness she was there.
